The best way to determine a good fit for you is to talk to Jennifer Mikkelson. She will be able to recommend a starting place based on your current activity level and your goals.

In the meantime, you can get some idea by looking at the "level" for each class. The ratings are as follows:

Level I: Fundamental/Beginner
Level II: Moderate
Level III: Challenging/Advanced

Once you start attending a class regularly, you do not have to register for each class. 

Rates - Jennifer's Classes:

$16/in-studio; $14/Zoom or recording; $11/Outdoor hike

New athletes can try a class for FREE!

Extreme Athlete Discount = If you complete 13 or more classes per month, you will receive $25 off your invoice total.

At the end of the month, a statement for your completed classes is emailed to you. Payment (cash or check) can be sent to: 1315 360th St. Dorchester, IA 52140 or you can bring it to class

Rates - Ann's Classes:

$14/class. Students are billed at the end of each month.

$14/in-studio; $12/record/live Zoom
