Group classes are the core of what we do at Crater Fitness. We offer a variety of classes that will meet your needs whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are looking for a challenge.

The good news is, at Crater Fitness, we have classes for all levels of fitness!
The best way to determine a good fit for you is to talk to Jennifer Mikkelson. She will be able to recommend a starting place based on your current activity level and your goals.

In the meantime, you can get some idea by looking at the "level" for each class. The ratings are as follows:
Level I: Fundamental/Beginner
Level II: Moderate
Level III: Challenging/Advanced

Once you start attending a class regularly, you do not have to register for each class.
Rates - Jennifer's Classes:
$14/in-studio; $12/Zoom or recording; $11/Outdoor class
At the end of the month, a statement for your completed classes is emailed to you. Payment (cash or check) can be sent to: 1315 360th St. Dorchester, IA 52140 or you can bring it to class
Rates - Ann's Classes:
$14/class. Students are billed at the end of each month.
Rates - Bridgette's Classes:
$14/in-studio; $12/record/live Zoom
Bridgette accepts cash, check or Venmo* @pilatesplus (* download in the App Store and follow the simple, quick steps for a free way to pay electronically!)
The CDC has clarified that fully vaccinated people are safe to participate in indoor, high intensity exercise classes, without wearing a mask. Those who are unvaccinated should take preventive measures by wearing a mask and providing distance between others.
Crater Fitness serves immune compromised individuals, with health/medical situations. It is appreciated that we take preventive measures, together, when they are exercising indoors among us.
Crater Fitness encourages all athletes to continue to be mindful of their individual health and to stay home if they are feeling ill (fever, cough, loss of taste and smell, sore throat, fatigue or just feeling unwell in general) and to continue good hand washing before and after each workout.
Crater Fitness respects all personal decisions.
All participants are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver before attending classes at Crater Fitness.
