The Well at Crater Fitness offers indoor cycling, strength training, and Vinyasa yoga classes throughout the week. Find the class that fills your well and let it run deep!
Class Schedule
Classes are scheduled and posted (on Fb) at the beginning of each month, along with calendars available for pick-up at Crater Fitness. On occasion, the Instructors will add in a pop-up class (for instance, on a rainy or snowy day) to keep you moving! You can follow us on Facebook for all the latest updates, to stay connected, and to stay current with all that happens at The Well.
Indoor Cycling
Keep yourself in cycling-shape all year 'round! Our Leadership Team of 10 includes seven great cycling instructors who are ready to challenge you through a fun, uplifting cycling ride. From warm-up to cool-down, you'll appreciate their dedication to form, profiles, and professionalism. A variety of classes are offered and oftentimes combined with strength training, yoga, or stretching. 12 bikes are available and pre registering is easy and convenient! Please bring a clean pair of shoes to cycle in, a small sweat towel and a water bottle. We'll provide the rest ... enjoy the ride!
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means to "place in a special way" and allows one to connect breath to movement while flowing through various poses (asanas) during the practice.
Power Yoga Flow is a bit more upbeat, utilizing strength and movement, while quieting the mind and allowing the mental and physical practices opportunity to connect. Yoga Flow is a mild flow, allowing one to slowly move through poses. Both are a fantastic way to start your day!
Attendance is unlimited, so there is no need to pre-register. Mats and props are available for your use, at no extra charge.
Strength Training
Complementing your Indoor Cycling and Yoga classes, The Well offers strength training (Sweat & Sculpt) throughout the week. For all levels, all body types, and all ages, Strength Training provides proper guidance while you work to build or maintain your muscle mass. Please bring a clean pair of gym shoes and a water bottle, and we'll provide the 60-minute workout!
Wellness Days
Throughout the month, The Well at Crater Fitness focuses on overall wellness encompassing physical, emotional, mental, social, financial and environmental aspects. Once a month, a designated Wellness Day will provide samples, wellness tips, recipes, and guidance.
