This circuit hosts a large variety of movements for muscle and bone strength: upper body, hips, legs, ankles, and core. Movements include a variety of tools: machines, dumbbells, cables, body weight and more. This class is part of a healthy lifestyle that builds relationships as well as strong joints and muscles --- better fitness! Join us!
