Young At Heart Circuit

Participants move throughout the studio from station to station. Our workout consists of sharing various equipment at 12-15 timed stations. Emphasis is on core muscles, hips, legs, arms, balance, agility, flexibility and more!
Class Level: Level II*
Mondays: 9:00 AM-10:00 AM
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 10:30 AM-11:30 AM

*Level I - Fundamental/beginner; Level II - Moderate; Level III - Challenging/advanced
