Participants move throughout the studio from station to station. We share the use of various equipment (dumbbells, machines, bands, body weight, and more!)

The class consists of a series of timed, strength training exercises that target different parts of the body with little to no rest between exercises. Each workout offers variety and strives to get all the major muscles working together for maximum body movement: the abs, legs, back, and arms.

Class level: Level II & III*
5:15 PM - 6:15 PM
Wednesdays: 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM

*Level I - Fundamental/beginner; Level II - Moderate; Level III - Challenging/advanced
