Young at Heart Outdoors

This group meets at various locations in Decorah. We intersperse walking with body-weight strengthening and flexibility. The distance is approx. 2 miles. See schedule below for this month’s meeting locations. Dress appropriately for weather, footwear, and movement. Have a water bottle ready when we are finished. Outdoor Hikes

NEW TIME! This group meets at various locations in Decorah.  We walk & hike the Decorah Crater hills & trails – in sunshine, snow, & sometimes rain! We cover approximately 3-4 miles in an hour. See schedule below for this month’s meeting locations. Dress appropriately for weather, footwear, and movement. Bring water for after class.
