45 minute class for Full-body strengthening with emphasis on core muscles. Join us for 8-weeks. One and/or both days.
Start NOW, it is a great time to begin with other newbie athletes.
MUST Pre-register for this 8-week class which begins Sep 18/21.
Class Level: Level I*
Mondays & Thursdays: 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM
