Workouts for Current Members

Good morning athletes!  Waiting….. I am waiting to hear what our Plan, as of May 1, 2020, will be.   We will know more soon.  Safe, smart, positive progress! 

During one of our  multiple daily walks, my daughter and I were discussing what I wanted to do next.  We are calling it “Plan F” (We have been through Plans A, B, C, D & E)  As I was talking about what and how was I going to implement Plan F, it has so many moving parts…… and what IFs….. so this is what my wise, middle child said to me, “Just keep it simple.”  (Hmmm…. Yes, that’s such good advice.) 

But/AND even keeping it “Simple” is work and a learning process. I appreciate you and your efforts!  Just like you, I am missing our workouts with steps, stability balls, the cable machine, resistance bands etc. 

Our March – April 2020 Session comes to an end this week:  Thank you, to all the Crater Fitness Athletes, who have joined me, in the Outdoor and Zoom workout variations.  May 2020 Session will begin May 4.  I will send info this week.  Thank you for staying in touch!

If you are unable to join the class at these times, I can send you a recorded class. I was doing it wrong last week and think I will be able to send you a recorded class this week.  We are learning as we go!
