Take the “Pure Grit” challenge! Whether you’ve taken an exercise class before or are looking to start. Pure Grit is a low-high intensity interval workout that involves body weight exercises, balance challenges, and fitness tools (dumbbells, weighted balls, stability balls) and laughter! The class begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by a 20-30 minute workout, and finishes with some awesome stretches. You need to believe that you can do it …. because you can!
