- 5-week course designed to foster a learning community to develop goals and support for your optimal health and wellness.
- Target Audience: Participants who are ready to engage in a group process to develop a personal vision for their optimal health/wellbeing and set goals for behavior change in the areas they choose.
- Topics include: Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Mindfulness - Self Control, Sleep and Stress.
- This is an interactive course; participants will learn the latest about the above topics and be coached as a group to develop a personal action plan to make progress on their goals.
5 Classes: October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 at 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
