  • Target Audience: Participants who are ready to engage in a group process to develop a personal vision for their optimal health/wellbeing and set goals for behavior change in the areas they choose.
  • Topics include: Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Mindfulness - Self Control, Sleep and Stress.
  • This is an interactive course; participants will learn the latest about the above topics and be coached as a group to develop a personal action plan to make progress on their goals.
